We are located on Kent Island, Maryland and service all surrounding area. We range from the eastern shore as far as Easton, over to the western shore past Annapolis up to the DC line, and as far north as Colombia. We currently do not service Baltimore.

At O.N. Solutions we charge a flat trip charge and then an hourly rate. This can vary depending on wether it is after hours during "emergency rates". Emergency Rates go into effect, past 6pm during the week and anything on Saturday or Sunday that was not previously scheduled. We do not operate off of commission. Some companies do this and it ends up resulting in technicians pushing unnecessary fixes on customers to yield a higher commission for their service call. We are honest and upfront. If we deem the service call will take more than 4 hours, we will let the customer know and can provide a quote.

At O.N. HVAC Solutions we do everything from residential HVAC service & install, up to light commercial. Including RTUs, Air Cooled Chillers, and Pumps.
